Q. What size unit do I need? 
A. The unit size depends on the amount of goods, and how high you can stack boxes. Please refer to our storage sizing guide or call our staff.

Q. Do I need insurance?
A. Insurance is highly recommended. Just as your home is susceptible to fire, roof leaks, burglary and vandalism, so too is your storage unit. Most Contents Policies cover goods stored in an approved Self Storage Assoication facility (which we are); but you need to check. If not, our staff can offer Midlands Storage Insurance, which is reasonably priced.

Q. Can I pay for storage by automatic debit or online payments? 
A. Only where our Agent provides this - please check on the facility page to see if you can log in and pay online.

Q. Are online payments safe?
A. Only through our Agents SSL certificated secure server.

Q. Can I reserve my unit online?
A. Not yet.  If this is not available at your location, please call our staff  to hold an available unit for you.

Q. Is there a minimum rental term?
A. The minimum rental term is one week.

Q. Can I bring my own lock?
A. Yes. We encourage you to bring you own lock. Alternatively, we do sell locks at our facilities.

HOW TO RENT A UNIT

1. Use the calculator link to see how many cubic meters of goods you have or give one of staff a call. Print this sheet out as it will help in calling removal quotes and make a list for the removalist. Consider access requirements, how long you need storage and how you will transport your goods. A small 1.5m X 3m shed looks thus, while a medium 3m X 3m looks like this, and a large 6m X 6m .

2. Obtain the weekly cost from links in the above menu bar and/or ring our staff. For a printable A4 info sheet click > Glen Innes Stanthorpe Warwick.

3. Read, Sign & return Storage Agreement – it’s from the Australian Storage Association model. Proof of identity is now required, so please forward a copy of your drivers licence. We ONLY divulge information per our Privacy Statement. (A copy of the signed agreement will be returned to you)

4. Pay refundable key deposit of $50 and at least 1 months rent - our Agents accept Bankcard over the phone. Pick up gate key & keys to your unit. Under Australian law, you are SOLEY responsible for your goods, so it's best to arrange cover if not already covered by house contents insurance (tell insurance company we are a Self Storage Association Member) - give our staff a ring as we offer Midlands (Storage) Insurance at good rates.

5. See our tips sheet, pack your goods and move in. Certain goods like petrol, chemicals are not allowed – see Agreement. Add an ADDITTIONAL LOCK to your unit. Check contents occasionally and please ensure rent is paid.

6. When finished, move out, ensure there is no damage to the unit, return your keys and get your deposit back.
